Senator Josh Hawley Warns Google Against Censoring Pregnancy Centers

Senator Josh Hawley warns Google against censoring pro-life pregnancy resource centers.

Senator Josh Hawley has written a letter to search engine monopolists at Google to warn them against targeting pro-life pregnancy resource centers.

Pregnancy centers have been under constant violent attacks throughout the nation and yet the FBI has not made a single arrest yet.

As Senator Hawley’s letter shows, Big Tech is also involved in cyber attacks against the pregnancy centers, targeting the pro-life centers and throttling down the traffic that is allowed to reach the sites through Google’s near monopoly on internet searches and internet advertising.

“I am concerned that, in the name of providing ‘clarity’ in search results, your company is deliberately limiting pregnancy resource centers’ outreach efforts. By doing so, Google has joined the far left’s campaign to punish pregnancy resource centers, following the Supreme Court’s ruling in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization earlier this year.”

  1. Thank you, Senator Hawley, for calling this to our attention.
I have never understood the reasons for Google’s consistent unwelcome presence in so many of our devices, and would love
to have a google-free device that allows books and apps and personal correspondence to be downloaded without Google anywhere near them.
Just the idea of them censoring a positive benefit like the pregnancy centers that offer help and emotional support for women who don’t want the “choice”–the only “choice”–offered by the enemies of parenthood that pretend to be healthcare, is disturbing. What kind of society are we that is more ready to fund the murder of innocent babies who could just as easily, and with far less heartbreaking consequences than to use those funds to protect and provide for mothers, babies, and childless couples who would love to adopt or foster one of these little victims? Not one dime of taxpayers money should go to the butchers, but rather toward welcoming these little lives into the open arms of a family.
