In a shocking display of abortion advocacy, HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra announced his agency is looking at opening up abortion facilities on federal land.

The recent decision in Dobbs v Jackson will allow states to legislate to protect the right to life of its unborn citizens. The Biden administration immediately announced federal measures to circumvent the Supreme Court with measures such as using federal taxpayer funds to transport pregnant women to states where abortion is legal.

The use of federal lands to facilitate abortions would certainly come under legal scrutiny as the federal government is limited by the Hyde amendments and other similar laws from using tax payer funds to promote abortion.
