FBI and DOJ Refuse to Prosecute Intimidation of SCOTUS Judges

The legal world was shocked when a leaker within the Supreme Court, attempted to influence the Supreme Court’s deliberations in the Dobbs v Jackson case, by giving a late draft of Justice Alito’s majority opinion to left wing publication, www.Politico.com. In the over 230 year history of the Supreme Court, this had never happened.
As a result of the leak, pro-abortion groups aggressively protested in front of the homes of several conservative Supreme Court Justices. Neither the local, state, or federal law enforcement agencies cleared the illegal protests from the residential neighborhoods, and as a result at least one assassination was attempted. Thankfully, the would be assassin decided to turn himself in, literally calling the cops on himself. Clearly, law enforcement was taking a hands off approach to these protests against the conservative justices (as opposed to the January 6th protests, which elicited an FBI-led national manhunt for anyone who entered the capitol)
In May, Marco Rubio called for the prosecution of the protesters and an investigation into the leaker citing criminal code 18 U.S.C. § 1507, a federal law that prohibits attempting to influence a judge or court officer by picketing or parading in front of the official’s residence.
Whoever, with the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge, juror, witness, or court officer, in the discharge of his duty, pickets or parades in or near a building housing a court of the United States, or in or near a building or residence occupied or used by such judge, juror, witness, or court officer, or with such intent uses any sound-truck or similar device or resorts to any other demonstration in or near any such building or residence, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.

In light of the miscarriage of justice by the FBI during the raid on President Trump’s home, and the continued political imprisonment of non-violent January 6th protesters, conservative politicians must follow through and demand the DOJ and FBI prosecute leftist activists who break the law.
